PMI Foothills is first and foremost a professional property management company dedicated to preserving, managing and maximizing real estate assets. We pride ourselves in protecting our owners’ investments while providing tenants with a safe and comfortable place to live and/or work in our neighborhood. One thing that we’ve learned in this business is that communication is key! We take care of billing issues, maintenance issues, utilities, and just about any issue that has to do with the property. We respond in a timely manner to any questions and inquiries. We’re your neighbors! Our office is locally owned and operated and backed by Property Management Inc., a franchise that is the recognized leader in the property management industry. We employ best practices and modern technology across all fields and are dedicated to continuous improvement to best serve our clients. We are members of the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) as well as the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD).

Ginger is a United States Navy veteran with a distinguished background in engineering and operations. She earned her engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy and subsequently completed a master’s degree in engineering. Throughout her naval career, she developed extensive expertise in piloting aircraft, maintaining naval vessel, and planning large-scale civil engineering projects. Since starting PMI Foothills in 2022, Ginger facilitates real estate brokerage transactions and provides comprehensive support to a wide range of investors with varying portfolio sizes and investment strategies. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has resided in Golden, CO with her family since 2015.
JT is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, he pursued a career in the intelligence field, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. He subsequently earned his Masters of Business from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He has many years of experience in the financial and operational management of multi-asset corporations.
Yen ensures accuracy and organization in all financial and administrative processes at PMI Foothills. With eight years of experience as an Accounting Assistant in the banking industry, Yen brings a strong foundation in financial processes, attention to detail, and organizational excellence to her role. Her creativity and love for structure make her a valuable part of ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Camryn is a licensed real estate professional and property manager. As a Denver area native, she brings valuable local insight that strengthens her ability to support both residents and property owners. Specializing in tenant relations, Camryn oversees showings and inspections with a focus on clarity, consistency, and professionalism. Since joining PMI Foothills, Camryn helps ensure smooth leasing experiences and well-maintained properties while helping owners protect their investment and maintain high-quality occupancy.
Heather ensures all maintenance requests are managed promptly and communicated clearly. She brings valuable experience from managing short term rentals, giving her hands-on expertise in coordinating vendors, scheduling services, and overseeing daily property operations. With an accounting background in property management, Heather understands the financial side of maintenance and ensures tasks are completed with optimal cost efficiency. A Golden resident since 2012, she provides local insight while helping the team maintain well-cared-for properties and a positive experience for both residents and property owners.
